General Question about how much vegetables they should be getting

So for veggies, how much should they be getting? Like does anyone have a pic of their veggie food bowl for them? I'm worried they might not be getting enough. I always give them a lot of romaine and I offered them some bell peppers today (Spice ate a few, Sugar didn't touch it.) I give them a few carrot shreds a day too.

1 cup of veggies a day for an adult, less for a baby- how much less depends on the age of the baby.
