Hello, I have two Guinea pigs, Luna and Athena. They about to turn 2! Athena is much smaller than Luna. I always thought this was because she was the runt. I am hopping that is it. She is eating and acting fine. And she is last time I checked 1lb and 9 ounces. Should I be concerned? Image

Umm, have you looked at people lately? They're not all the same size, and neither are guinea pigs.

Ok thanks, I wasn’t really sure because Guinea pigs are not humans. Glad to know that she is fine. Lol

She reminds me of my previous pig, Gidget. She was small, 1 lb 11 oz. It’s good that you weigh her and know what’s normal for her weight range. Weight changes are usually the first sign of any health issues.

They’re both adorable.
