pink spots in fur

Hi, I'm a new member! Found your site from my aspca mag. My pig in question has these pinkish spots and streaks in the white areas. His fur is about 1/2 to 3/4 inch long. He is about 4 years old.

What would be the cause and is the condition serious? He behaves the same as always. Getting on in years though.

No they just appeared one day. Tonight I looked and they seem to be fading. Mostly on top of the head and towards the nose. The skin underneath looks healthy and normal.
