General Pregnant guinea pig how to tell when she's going to give birth

My pregnant guinea pig is at least 56 days pregnant she's having about three babies and I just started hearing the chattering teeth from her tummy. There's been a lot more movement in her stomach too. But her pelvic bone doesn't really feel that separated. They were last week. Does this happen often? Does any of this help to know when she's going to give birth?
