Hiding Hides immediately when I make any sounds

I feel bad every time I open/close the doors or walk around. My pigs would hide right away. I usually disturb them eating the hay. How long does it take for them to be confident enough to ignore the sounds I make around my bedroom?

How long did your pigs take until they are settled in?

Some pigs never get used to sounds and other disturbances, and you can't live your life trying to tip toe around and whisper. For example, when I sneeze, my girls still run in to their hidey, and I've had them almost 6 months. Pigs are generally skittish by nature, they may grow accustomed to your general noises, they may not.
