Sounds What is this sound?

My guinea pig makes this soft little noise when I'm petting his head. It sounds like a sucking noise, or even tongue clicking in humans. It's not teeth chattering. Is there a name for this sound, and do you know if it's a happy or unhappy sound? He seems very calm when he makes this sound.

It’s probably some kind of happy sound. My pig purrs when I pet her. That is probably something similar.
