Genitals Calcium Crust On Privates?

My one girl has lots of calcium in her urine. She's only about 3 or 4 months old so I was told not to worry, with her being so young. Even so, I stay away from feeding her high calcium veggies. I've notice she has some white crust on the outside of her private area. I assume it's calcium. This seems pretty excessive, is it normal?

It may be a fungal infection. Is the white stuff really crusty, or soft?
