I posted before about a possible issue with my female Guinea pig and finally got a pic of it. She has this beige coating around her bottom area. It just wipes off unless I leave it and then it gets hard and won’t budge. She has celery and pepper for her tea, 1 tbsp of pellets and bottled water. Is this a vet trip?

It looks like there are patches of hair missing as well. Is it possible there is a skin condition, like a fungus?

If you have her on fleece, a dark color would show any powdery spots that would indicate calcium.

She is missing patches because whatever this is it dried hard and had to be cut out. The skin under is smooth, not flaky and has not spread to anywhere else. She’s also not biting or scratching it. I’ll try popping her on some fleece tonight to see but I haven’t seen any sign of that
