Frustrated What Temperature?

I want to take my guinea pigs outside, but I don't know what temperature they can be in. It's 70 degrees, and windy. Is it okay to take them outside?If not, then what is good temperature to take them? Thank you.

I wouldn't go out because it's windy and drafts are bad for guinea pigs! 70 is a fine temperature though.
