?? mine LOVE cilantro. I want to try spincach.

Not too much spinich.

Mine like cilantro, but they don't care for mint at all. They like parsley a little.

However, they're addicted to Romaine and dandelion greens.

In the other thread where I asked about favorite foods I put a list of the calcium in veggies, so like kale and dandelion greens are pretty high up the list for calcium which can cause them to get stones :(

Chip LOVES parsley, Oliver loves romaine (but so does Chip).

My pigs absolutely LOVE romaine. I give them cilantro sometimes, but most of the time they refuse to eat it. I would suggest Romaine, because most pigs will love it and it's very healthy for them to eat.

1) Carrots. I feed them half a day
2) Parsley (the crinkly kind)
3) Romaine Lettuce

Thats their top 3!

A bit lengthy, but says it all. A variety of goodfoods is best.

Sierra - You're spot on about spinach. Very high in Calcium, but also Vitamin C. I call them "piggie potato chips".

I only give my girls one spinach leaf every 3-4 days due to the high calcium. Their favorite foods are:

Chatty-Red leaf lettuce (she prefers it over romaine), cilantro and apples.

CoCo-Romaine, green beans, raisins (she gets 2-3 raisins every day)

My newest sow is Charity, I just got her Thursday so I can't tell you what her favorites are since she is just starting to even eat veggies. She came from a shelter in south Arkansas and was living in horrid conditions there. A fellow member of GL got her out of there for me and I went and picked her up. I do know she gobbled up a small piece of apple yesterday.

I recently started feeding mine "veggies" from the garden:

dandelion leaves
chickweed
parsley

This is great, they are so fresh and bright green and full of nutrition and smell
wonderful and he goes crazy for them. (And free too!)

Also, he also looooves carrots and likes endive a lot too.
