This is me and my Peruvian piggies

Hi everyone) My name is Tatiana and I'm 17) I'm from Moldova which is in between Romania and Ukraine) and I have 11 guinea pigs) this all happened with the misunderstanding of genders from the petshops) I wanted two female guinea pigs for my bday last year and they told me they only had two boys) and so I took them and next thing u know I have babies after babies until I was able my self to tell the difference) but ya people make mistakes and I feel terrible for making so many of them) but I do truely love my piggies)) I love the way they are so talkative) and so hairy and cheeky always popcorning) I gotta go any minute now to feed the little critters of mine) but below will be some pics of them all) mine are Peruvian piggies)

All the pics I just sent are pics of the Guinea pigs I'm going to sell tomorrow!!!! I have to sell them to the petshop!! Which I don't wanna do but my mum says I have to cause I have to many piggies!!! I will miss them dearly) I just hope they go to good hands)

Awe welcome to the forum. Your babies are all so beautiful. Can you maybe ask your mom for a chance to find them happy homes instead of them going to the pet store and falling into the wrong hands? I can't get over all their hair.

I can't its too late!!! And thanks I love them too)) but my mum just wants them to go to other homes before they get older cause people prefer young guineas here

Me too) I just don't want them sitting in those tiny glass cages in the petshops for weeks on end till they find a home!!!! I'm worried well I'm sure every piggy mommy would be!!!!

Hey everyone I have quite a lot to update everyone on) well I gave away my 6 Guinea pigs to the petshop today and I cried so badly!!!! Honestly they kept them in tuby hamster cells where they could barely move around!!! I was like why are the putting my babies in jail!!!!! But they claimed they had buyers soon to pick them up!!! So I had to leave them at that hell hole!!! Then I came home!!! To check on my remaining Guinea pigs) then I saw that there cafe was open and the boy was on the floor with the girls!!!! and my cat was with them!!! This is the 3rd time bow my cats have opened the cage!!! So now I am hoping that my 3 females are pregnant

You need to lock the cage so your cat can't open it.

I think a lot if scratching possibly slight hair loss at the beginning) I'm not quite sure cause I have never experienced it before)

They don't always open it personally they don't do it on purpose!! They just play around and when they stand on the cage in a certain position then the cage seems to twist and open then they use it to there advantage!! My black cat is normally in live with my Guinea pigs so he would never hurt them the only issue is that he jumps into their cage once its open and tries to play with them and they seem to get spooked and jump out of the cage
