New here & New piggie owner =)

Hello there
I am new to the site and also a new piggie owner. My husband and I drove 1.5 hours each way and rescued 2, spayed sisters on the 20th
We have since named them Minni (the black & white head one) and Mabel (the brown, black & white head one) and they are so very sweet!
Just wanted to say hello & say that I am loving all the info on this site!

What beautiful piggies! I am so partial to the Shorthairs. You better hang on to them because I could drive across the border and pignap them.lol You are so fortunate to be able to find two spayed girls. You must have adopted them from a rescue?

Thank you =) We rescue them from a home who could no longer keep them. They were spayed at a vet and are very well loved piggies, but due to personal issues the family could not keep them, so we took them before the SPCA. We can pet them and they come to us for hand feeding, just no squeaks or picking up yet =)
