I know, but I just wanted to be clear on that because I don't want people coming to read this and just picking me apart. I searched using many words and combinations of words, but cave never came into my mind. I think I now know what I am going to call these, Cavy Caves.

I made something like that just before Christmas, mine in round like the cosy cave bed listed on petrescue. My one does not have as big of a padded base as the one on petrescue and is made of fleece. Plus mine is machine stitched.

Absolutely I wish you well with the patent. I hear it is an expensive and time consuming process. The average US only patent last year cost $8,500.

Right now I am in the researching stage. I may obtain a product license instead of the patent. Also I am working on a pattern that I can sell to people that want to make their own.

I just went to Wal-Mart today to get some supplies to make more. I bought fleece and flannel mainly and I have an improved design plan in my head. I will sit down later tonight and try the new design to see how it works out. If things go well, then I will post pictures tomorrow.

I forgot to add earlier that there will be a price reduction. The regular size(fits one pig) will be $8 and the supersize (fits two pigs) will be $10. $1 of every one sold will still go to CavySpirit Rescue. I can take payment by paypal or money order.

Shipping to 92021 will be approx. $5.77 based on a 3lb. box weight.
