First picture is the trios current and the second is of the bros home. Mousey is in a pet store cage and I'm not going to show that lol. Trio is a 2x6 with a 2x2 add on. The Bros home is a straight 2x5 :)
I have a box I'd like to use as a bigger hidey for mine, I can't see if you cut the bottom out? Or should I leave it intact?

Cut the bottom out, otherwise they will pee on it and it will get soggy and smelly.

Hocus and Pocus live in this 2x4 C&C cage (or stage, as my son prefers to call it). I can't let them see all your awesome creations, they would be so jealous. cage.jpg
Hay, pellets and water bottle at back right corner. Front right is the always popular corner curtain. Hidey hut, magic muff and cardboard tent to the left. Lots of room to run laps.
piggers.jpg
Just add piggies... Hocus under corner curtain and Pocus eating pellets.

I guess we need a separate messy cage thread. These were taken today, the only thing removed is a pellet bowl full of pellets and poops. Some pigs are just too piggy! Though it isn't as pretty as many cages, I do believe my piggies love their messy cage.

Muggle is not pregnant, its a male. his weight is 1654g.

All the cages look so good it really got into making one for my 2 gals and finally got around to it yesterday. The girls totally love their new house they have gone from a store cage to a 2x5 c&c cage! They also have been very good with the fleece and haven't actually done any poos in it they have been using the kitchen area so happiness all around :) ImageUploadedByTapatalk1398123297.076048.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1398123326.323895.jpg

Right now while I live with my mom for the next couple months, the piggies have to be in a smaller cage but I am making it bigger again as soon as we get my own place!

My girls cage hasn't changed much yet, but it did move the kitchen out of the middle. I'll do more work once I get Colonel's new cage up and running and more funds become available, but I thought I'd post a clean cage picture :)

Thanks! Making it into a zigzag was the only way I could fit it into my studio without blocking off too much of the walking space.

This is Lily and Joker's cage. Both are midwest cages (I live in a small apartment right now. I'm saving up for two big c&c cages when we move into a house.)

This is Lily's cage (I bought her a month ago and found out she was preggers and she is due sometime this week, hence the towels. Please excuse the mess as well.)

This Joker's cage. I was cleaning so that's why its so bare. (I was told HE was a female by a breeder but the vet said differently.)

Picture one (TOP LEFT) - Bottom of the cage has five 2x4s, currently two are being used for two male pairs...the top currently has one 2x4, one 2x3 and one 2x5, housing two female pairs and one female herd of four.
Picture two (TOP RIGHT) - Bottom has two 2x3s, housing a single boy in each cage...Top has two 2x3s, housing one female pair in one and a single girl in the other.
Picture three (BOTTOM LEFT) - Of the rescue room. Note; we currently have 20 guineas out at foster homes, and a few in quarantine in another room.

Picture four (BOTTOM RIGHT) - Top of the cage is a 2x12.5 which houses my herd 6 girls and one de-sexed boy. Bottom will be a 2x7 cage to house Darla, Dede & Delta (LWs) and my de-sexed boy Ron.

I just expanded my boys to a 3x4!! They had a 2x4 and they loooove the extra space!! How many square feet would a 3x4 be? Sorry I'm terrible at math lol
