Ivermectin How/Where to Apply

Where do you get your Ivermecting/Advantage/Revolution? How do you apply it and how much do you apply? Thanks guys!

Ivermectin you can order online and get it at your vet. Many places sell advantage (but most have switched to advantageII which is not good) and online. Revolution is through your vet. My local rescue (that I adopted all 3 boys from) applied the revolution to my boys when I found lice.

I know you already have gotten an answer but I just wanted to say that the availability of getting each product is different in each country. Here I can only get ivermectin from my vets, but Advantage and Revolution are very easy to buy as I can get them at most shops that sell some pet products (even ones that sell foods, clothes and anything).

You can use any generic Ivermectin solution. For 1% solution, i think it's 0.5ml/kg of pig, behind the ears and across the back of the neck.

Any higher strengths (I think you can get up to 2%) just adjust dosage accordingly. IF in doubt always speak to a professional and underdose rather than overdose.

(0.5ml = 0.05cc)
(1kg = 2.2lbs)
