Behavior Guinea pig twitches when stroked?

One of my male guinea pigs who is 2 months old twitches its body when stroked or its ears. I do not know what this means so could someone please give me some advice and a reason. Is it just because I need to handle him more often (I handle them everyday) or for another reason?

Does he do this while in the cage, or in your lap? I have one that freaks out when I try to pet him inside the cage (he jumps, twitches, and runs away), but he LOVES snuggles on my lap.

It's when he's on my lap my other guinea pig is fine and sits there absolutely calmly.

Does he let you stroke him on the nose? He may just not like his ears being touched or his back. How long have you had him? He's still a baby and is probably still adjusting to you and his surroundings.

I will try stoking him on the nose. I think he is adjusting to his surroundings as we have only had him for two weeks. Thank you for the advice!
