Size Cages Without Connectors

If I build a cage without connectors, and only use zip ties, will the coroplast box still fit in using the measurements given in this website? Thanks!

No, the measurements are meant to account for the connectors which will add some length and width to the cage. Since with zipties the grids are touching each other, the dimensions will be slightly off.
