My Pigs love: green/red/orange bell peppers, green leaf lettuce, cilantro, green beans, and spring mix lettuce. They also love blackberries and strawberries. I give only Organic fruits and vegetables, they seem to really love everything I offer them.

I mainly see exotics. I work alongside another vet who doesn't treat exotics, but I will also see dogs and cats occasionally.

I'm glad your Piggy was healthy, but I see a lot of patients with animals (including a majority of guinea pigs) who bought the pet at PetSmart or PetCoand their pets have illnesses. Some of these illnesses can be treated quickly, others can be lifelong. Please don't support this cruel cycle...

I say the same thing. They're basically the same store, different management, but neither is better.

I think I'm going to use fleece and attach a mini clip-on fan attached to cage. My rabbits are Holland Lop mixes so they get hot too.

Yep, they're litter trained, but they like to throw their litter out of their litter box sometimes. They're neutered so they wouldn't spray on the fleece or anything.

I put a huge a bath mat under my fleece that you can buy at Wal Mart for $5. I haven't had any problems with fleece. My Pigs like the fact that they can easily walk on it. :)

I have 10 rescue Piggies along with 2 rabbits that currently have a hutch that I had made for them. I'm thinking about moving them to a C&C cage, but should I use fleece for them (because they're a lot messier than guinea pigs)? I use fleece for all my Pigs and I've never had a problem.

Oxbow carries GTN-50C tablets for guinea pigs, give each Pig one everyday. My Pigs love them, but be sure to give them kale, which has a lot of Vitamin C! :)

The only people OK with puppy mills (or any animal mills or breeding facility) are the people that own PET STORES, PUPPY MILLS, or any other mass breeding facility.
