I have four rabbits,They currently live outside.
Near my house is a pretty big fire and outside there is a heavy scent of fire, when I look up into the sky all I can see is smoke,The fire started today at 3:00 p.m, Its has gotten alot worse.
Im worried it might hurt my rabbits breathing,
Does anyone know if it will hurt them?
Does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do???

It can not only hurt them it could kill them. the smoke itself is bad enough but there could be any number of toxins like Lead that can further cause complications.

Hot embers could possibly land on their hutches or other areas nearby and start more fires. The embers could also get blown into their hutches and cause them serious burn injuries.

The sheer terror of something like this could cause them to panick and injure themselves. Even rear leg thumping could lead to broken backs.

You should bring them inside immediatly and have carriers ready in case the fire spreads and you need to evacuate.

If any of the rabbits are exibiting signs of smoke inhalation, irritation or burns you need to get them all to a vet immediatly.

You need to start housing them indoors as well. There are too many dangers for them outside.
