Should I post in my original introduction thread or make a new one?

Hi! I first made this account years ago and I didn't post much when I was active before. There's quite a bit that has changed as far as my life and guinea pigs go, I wanted to ask if I should post in my old intro thread with an update, or would it be okay to make a new intro thread? I know there is only suppose to be one per member so just wanted to seek clarification first before doing anything. Thank you!

If so, put a link to that thread in the first post of your new thread so people can trace back if they want to.
