Sounds Is this chirping?

I walked into the pig room and I heard this squeaking sound; not like the usual wheeking for veggies, but a squeaking sound like the squeaky dog toys make. It looked like it was Mable doing it, but when I stepped into the room, she stopped doing it. I picked her up and listened to her, but it just sounded like normal breathing to me, and she didn't have a runny nose or runny eyes.

Is this chirping or something to be concerned about?
