I think my pigs would make a huge mess with a pellet pouch :p Felix would probably pee in it :yuck:

I do LOVE how you have the bins with cozies in the. I should definitely do something like that in my cage. And I'll secure them to the grid above so they stop pooping where I don't want them too! Thanks for the absolutely wonderful idea.

Wow! I love that you found a good use for cloth scraps! Very cool! I wish I had sewing skills like you! All my projects so far haven't been so good, but I'm trying to get better! :eek:ptimist:
I'm sure that your piggies are so very happy!

By the way, what did you use as filling on the bottom part of the cozy?

Thanks. So far they seem to enjoy the pellet pouches. I made one on the blue grid platform a little big. I had to cut it down and re sew it (they were trying to get in it) lol. I still made it a little big. the second one on the pink grid platform is the right size. Yes do secure them to the grid because they do push the bin out to get behind it sometimes. I have made it where they grids rest on one side of the coroplast and on the back side too. zip tied on just one side so i can lift it up to clean under.

Thanks, I am not a expert or anything near one. I just wing it with projects. I had more fleece scraps is what I stuffed the bottom with but would suggest something else cause its not great when they pee in it. lol I have to wash it every couple days.

I really like the idea of preventing poop from getting into the back corners. They've taken a liking to pooping under there 3x2 loft. Boy is that fun to clean -.- So If I can prevent it in any way, I definitely will!

If you put a "door" on the side, it will be easier to reach the difficult parts. I've had a 2x3 stacked on top of a 2x4 - I know it's hard to clean under that!!

What did you sew in to it to keep the opening open?
