Yeah, I certainly want to adopt... and I've been keeping an eye on craigs list to see what comes up. Some of the local shelters around here don't adopt out to college students though.


As for the name... it's based of a Japanese origami myth similar to the crane one. If you make a thousand origami stars you're supposed to get a wish ^^. And yes... I actually have made a thousand of them... in fact, more than that... xD
