How do you go about figuring out square footage of the cage?? What what a 32" x 20" cage be??

The square footage would be 6.4 sq. ft. But it's most likely the outer/overall cage dimensions and not the inner usable dimensions. It's too small for a guinea pig. The minimum square footage for 2 sows is 7.5 sq. ft. and for 2 boars would be 10.5 sq. ft. as boars are more territorial.
