Sorry if that sounded harsh but you have posted several threads along the same panicked line, it seems a call for attention to me, not reality.

    General coroplast

Call around and ask if they have coroplast, you may want to figure what size you need and have the dimensions. 4x8 sheet should be in the $8-15 range and if you ask nice they have big worktables where they can precut it for you (possibly offer a couple $ to save you the trouble) nashua NH sign...

why not just use one of the hard plastic kids wadeing pools they are about same size 1+m across, waterproof so you would not have water seeping on the floor.

    Aggression HELP!!?? Aggressive/Strange Behavior

A little more background would be helpfull, when did miya "flip/fall" out of the cage? Seems to be odd you didn't post that when it happened as you have been on the forum since 12/16/2011. 18" seems like a very high jump for a piggy, I have seen my 1 year old leap down a ramp about 8" but the...

Bedding Stick with what I got or go fleece?

Uhaul sells two items one is called the pad, a gray/blue felt thing is being talked about here for $7.99 or so the other is a more traditional quilted moving blanket which is not what you want to use.

Fleece Places to buy a fleece liner?

You do not have to be an ace with a sewing machine to make liners, I picked up a maybe 10 year old low milage Brother sewing machine for $25 at a thrift store. I used the uhaul pads, cut two 28x56" and 'quilted' them together, made a pillowcase of fleece and put the uhaul inside, added some...

Behavior Weird different kinds of Behavior? Need help!

Ok so you have had your guniea's for a week, but you just got the new cage? Any chance you can return the cage(it is obviously a rabit cage) and keep your piggies in their old cages till you can construct a C&C cage for them? A C&C should only cost about $60-70 for grids, coroplast and wire ties...

Behavior Weird different kinds of Behavior? Need help!

Ok back to basics... 1- how big is their cage 2- how old are they 3- by fight do you mean blood letting? First get rid of the igloo, try to add some fleece or old sweatshirt material in the cage for each to hide in individualy. You may need to have two water bottles, two food dishes on...

    General Groomer

You can clip 1/16-1/8 of nail with a rabbit sissors then, have to hold the foot still, obviously if you cut too much you will know, stop the bleeding with styptic powder, corn starch or flour. It is not rocket science. You can acclimate your piggy to this by holding him/her during lap time and...

    General Groomer

Seriously one trimming is not going to take care of overgrown nails, and in the long run you will want to trim nails yourself. The slow clip a bit at a time is best for your cavy, it may take 4-5 weeks but you and the cavy will be much more happy in the long run, no pain, get trust in each other...

Joy You know you're a "crazy cavy lady" when…

The Grocery store has 99 cent bags of baby carrots, or a vegtable sale going on with 3 for a dollar bellpeppers or 79 cent red or green leaf lettuce! You see a bag of hay in a store and it's $4 for 15oz so you smirk to yourself since you have a 125 pound bale in the shed you got for $18! When...
