Grooming Tips for urine-soaked sheltie (not my pig)

Wondering if anyone may have advice on a pig I have met but it isn't mine. I work at a vet and there's a kid who brought his pigs for nail trims, and he may start seeing us more. (We don't see 'pocket pets' but we can trim nails). He was a great owner and we got to chatting about his c&c cages and so on. One of the girls is a sheltie and her bottom was absolutely atrocious and soaked with urine and she smelled HORRIBLE. He was having trouble trimming her backside even with help. She was flighty and vocal with me. Don't get me wrong, the kid definitely had his pigs' welfare in mind and cares for them.

I have a pig who is half sheltie and am able to trim his butt easily, but this girlpig was pretty bad...any tips I could give him if I see him again?

I don't think my clinic would trim her but maybe I'll see next time.
