Hi all. So we introduced our new guinea to our current one (neutral area, gave each a butt bath first, spent 3 hours in said area before moving to the cleaned&rearranged cage) well during and ever since they have been purring at each other, squaking, teeth chatter on and off, each still trying to mount the other. . I feel like I have no clue who's dominant. But it's pretty constant and I'm jw how to stop it? I'm worried about the one I had bc he's overweight(about 4 pounds) so I hope a friend helps. ..but when they are NOT friends then idk? ??

Just let them be. It may take several days for them to settle down. You only need to worry if they turn into a rolling, biting ball of fur, or if one is hassled to the point that it can't eat and is losing weight. Weigh them daily until things have calmed down.

Everything sounds pretty normal.
