Pregnancy Myvguinea pig may be pregnant

Hi!
I have a 4 month old male texal piggy called Percy but he needed a friend so. I adopted what I thought was a male agouti They really enjoy each others company, a few weeks ahead I noticed the agouti would sleep a lot and eat a lot , and Percy would often rumble strut, so I picked the agouti up and was just doing a general check to see if everything was okay and infact she turned out to be female!

I immediately separated them but im worried that it's too late, She is now called missy btw.
She appears to have gained weight and when she stretches out I see two lumps on either side of her stomach.

But for the time they were together I didn't notice any sexual maturity happening as the male is only tiny .
Is there any other way to know if she is pregnant please help.

Even if she is pregnant, don't put them back together. Females can get pregnant again within minutes of giving birth, whether it's a full-term birth or a miscarriage. And those back-to-back pregnancies are extremely hard on the sow and the second litter of pups.

My guinea pig hasn't got extremely big but when I press gently on her stomach there's two bulges, I can also hear chattering/grinding her pelvics feel a bit seperated
