Go to the garden store and look for short little pretty fencing. Just make sure the holes are small enough.

oh yeah the garden fencing can be lovely. I think C&C cages look beautiful, and I'm glad your mother is reconsidering. Be sure to update us on the outcome!! I think one made of just coroplast sides even if it is higher wouldn't look as nice as the cubes. But that might be just me...
