Little panda is a week old and i am pretty sure she is a girl. But until I can tell for sure I will separate her from her mom at 3-4 weeks( if I can't tell) but my question is should I leave them together and let her mom wean her ( I am keeping panda) or should I separate them and then bond them agAin? I want them living in the same cage of course unless she ends up a he lol I'm just afraid they will get in fights if I leave them together and let the mom wean her . But don't judge me if this is a stupid question I am here to learn because these are my first piggies

If they are both girls they can stay together.

If they're both female, leave them together. The mom will take care of the weaning just fine.

See www.cavyspirit.com/sexing.htm for how to tell whether Panda is a male or a female.
