Hi, everyone. We just adopted two pigs on Sunday -- "Elephant" (named by my son), who is 10 months old with really long hair (he kinda looks like Elvis), and his son, "Harry", who is 6 months with medium hair.
We are new to guinea pigs. We got them from the local shelter, where they had been for a while. I did do some reading before we got them, but not enough to prevent me from buying a cage from the pet store. It was their largest one, but is still inadequate. I plan to make a c&c cage sometime fairly soon.
I look forward to learning a lot here!
