C&C How to attach L-part to cage with stand?

I would like to turn my 2x5 with stand into a 2x6 L-shaped cage, by adding a 1x2 on the side. I just can't figure out how to do that with connectors. Should I use tie-wraps only?

Tried to find pictures here, but couldn't find any that showed how the L-part was attached, so any pictures are welcome!

Ask the people at the store -- www.guineapigcagesstore.com. We aren't technically support for the cages, just for the guinea pigs, although someone on here who has used them might be able to help. But the people at the other site certainly can.

You have to turn the connectors to allow the other grids to connect. Really its hard to explain. Just look at the cage and connectors as the are now and figure out how you would have to turn it to allow the grids to go on.
