That's a great letter! It puts the company up, and is not degrading at all. (They love to see their stores complemented like that) It is also very informative, short, and to the point. I wish you the best of luck on this "mission!"

Wheels!

I found the following in a discription for wheels on an online site:

>>It's the "Sensational Safety Wheel for Small Animals!" The Giant
>>Comfort Wheel features a safe, solid running surface, whisper quiet
>>operation, a "tail safe" design and versitile. Can be attached to your

>>pet's cage or can be used free standing with the included base. For
>>pet rats, chinchillas, and guinea pigs.

I then emailed their customer service office, and they replied:

Hi Andrea,

Thank you for your comments about the wheels. I was unaware that you
could not offer a wheel to a guinea pig. This type of information is
never overlooked and we appreciate that you took the time to advise us
of this fact. I have forwarded your email concerns to our management
staff for review.

Best Regards

-I hope their email isn't just blowing me off...although I feel like it is.

well lets see. if the critter store removes their wheel from the guinea pig section in the next months or two, then you can be happy that you made a difference. If not, well, at least you tried!

Hopefully they will remove it from the guinea pig section, it's not like its that hard. If they don't then keep reminding them. If they remove it then you made a big difference!!

(broken link removed). They have pretty good stuff all-around, if you ignore the too-small cages everyone sells... It's not a bad site. They know some stuff about the animals, and I think this is a better-than-average place to buy from. Shipping is very reasonable, too. =)

yeah, their products do seem pretty cheap compared to a lot of other supply stores.

Oh, sorry. I think that's what she was referring to, but I'm not sure.
