So I bought cubes for a 2x4 cage for my pig today. I'm having trouble with the kitchen area. When I first adopted him he was in a pet store cage a little smalled than a 2x3. This cage had a loft about 6 inches off the ground with a ramp attached. Needless to say he would jump to the loft and the only use for the ramp was to get down (which he hardly used. He would jump down.) In this new cage I had the idea of doing a sort of shelf type of loft. Its roughly four inches off the ground, because chances are he will not use the ladder. I was wondering what every ones opinion is on this?
Please note that I used ribbons to hold up the grids because I have not yet gotten zipties yet. This cage is by no means even close to being finished. I just wanted input before I put even more time into it.

Sorry for the length. Thanks in advance!
