Pigs one and two appear to be boys as I see a penis and the swelling of a scrotum. Pig (broken link removed) is definitely a girl. I'm sure others will say yea or nay to this opinion.

I agree, and if you've got them living together, separate the bottom one NOW. If they're all over about four weeks of age, she's likely pregnant.

They were born April 5th. So theyll be only be 3 weeks next week, do I need to separate them by 3 weeks or can I wait until 4?

They all look the same to me

Males can impregnate the females at 4 weeks of age so no you cant wait until 4 weeks and the last picture is a girl.

No, three weeks is the magic time. Males are almost never fertile until three and a half weeks, but there are a couple of known cases where they were. Be safe, and separate them.

(broken link removed) & (broken link removed) are boys. (broken link removed) is a lady!
Separate her and start looking for a vet to desex the males if you do want to house them together later on.

I'm going to repost a photo of the bottom one tomorrow, I think it's a bad image- when I feel above the genitals I can feel what would be the penis ridge thing I read about on ALL 3. And they all look exactly the same I don't think the picture shows very well I think they're all boys if you're saying the top two are definitely boys because they're all the same for sure. I felt above moms vagina and there is nothing that resembles the line like the babies have -- thanks for the help and I'm not trying to argue I just don't want mom pregnant by accident

I agree the third pup does look male in the additional photos. I suspect it was a combination of the lighting and skin tone of the guinea pig that made it appear female in the first photo you posted.

So it looks and sounds like you have three boys.
