Just recently got my pig and she's my first one. Not sure what her sounds mean.
I recorded her, she was laying on my Belly while I petted her. When I played the sound back she did it again but even louder!

I'd say it's a happy noise then! My girls do that when I speak to them. I swear it's like they actually have conversations with me!

I have a question. I've had her for less than a week and she's okay being held but if I put her in the floor to play.. She just sits there. Is that normal ?

Very. For a number of reasons.
a) she might be interested in floor play, but too scared to actually play
b) she might be one of those pigs who just doesn't care for it.

Do you put her in a play pen, or just let her roam free? Mine have a play pen, so I don't watch them for floor time. They play LOADS when no ones watching in floor time. I think they feel more exposed out of their cage, so if someones there watching, they feel even more exposed and just sit still. If you can leave them to it for floor time, try that, and just peek your head in to see if she's enjoying it or not. If she still isn't bothering when you're not there, I'd say there's no point in it.

I just let her on the open floor. She will play and make noise on the bed/couch but not the floor.
And also she gets little eye crust is that normal? I just wipe it with a Baby wipe. The pet store said that was normal. So I dunno?
And how is a normal pig's breathing? She breathes fast, not labored or anything.. Just fast.

Do her nose and eyes look okay? She's just so inactive I worry she could be sick.

Eye crust isn't normal, and unless you're squishing her face in the eye picture, it looks a little swollen/too closed over IMO. But that could be due to the baby wipes, they aren't safe for pigs. Your safest option is a damp cloth with warm water or saline. Baby wipes have a human PH, which isn't compatible with guinea pigs. How's her eating and drinking? Is she pooping regularly?

Oh and please feel free to bring up any other bad pet store advice so as we can sort out what was right and wrong that they told you. Eye crust is a URI symptom, and isn't normal.

The flash made her close her eye, lol. It's not normally squished like that.
She's eating and drinking, and pooping.. A lot.

I'd say keep an eye on her, watch closely for lack of interest in food, lack of pooping, strange poops, and any further nose/eye gunk or crust. Listen out for coughing and sneezing too. If you hear/see any of those, I'd get a vets appointment to be on the safe side, she's a pet store pig and could potentially be ill.

Looks fine in that photo. But again, don't use anything on/near her eyes/mouth/face area other than warm water or saline from now on. Bath wise it also needs to be guinea pig shampoo, you can order some from Gorgeous Guineas (UK based, lots of members swear by it, myself included) and they even do special ones for long haired pigs to help keep their coat in good condition.

She could actually just be very comfortable with you already. My girls are one extreme or the other, they'll either fall asleep on me, or be flying round their cage, jumping on their house, everything. But if she's actually that lazy WITH you, not just in her cage, my guess would be she's comfortable with you, especially if she isn't making any attempt to get away.

She tried to get away the first couple days she would run and hide under the pillows. but today she laid under my chin for like 20 minutes and didn't move. She has sneezed a couple times in the past few days though. Like maybe.. 3 times.

A few times in a few days is okay, is it by any chance when you put fresh hay in? Mine usually have a very brief sneezing fit if they get in the way when I'm putting fresh hay in, it's particles and dust getting up their nose and irritating them.

Last night I was playing with her in the cage and she was burying herself in the bedding and hay she sneezed then. And the other couple times was when she was out of her cage.

Well until the vets appt, just keep a close eye on her overall, and if she gets worse or develops extra symptoms, get her to the vet sooner if possible :)
