Lump Checkers lump on foot

Hope some one can help identify what this is. We notice a small bump on Checkers leg back in October.It has since gotten bigger and looks like this now. It does not seem to be causing her any issues. If we touch it she does not flinch. She show no sign of any problems. However I want to see if we need to take further action before it becomes a problem.

I'm not sure what that would be. I'd want an x-ray done to make sure something isn't going wrong with the bone.

Just got back from the vet. She was given an all clear. Nothing to worry about. We used this vet;
