Our guinea pig had babies 2 days ago she was good with them till a few hours ago we noticed the babies were trying to get nursed but the mama was pushing and biting them she didn't want to feed them why is that and what should we do

It's not nearly large enough for one pig, much less three. That may well be your problem with the way the sow treats the pups.

One guinea pig needs at least 7.5 square feet, and more pigs require more space. You need to do something about providing a larger cage ASAP.

The cage is way too small. A 30x 17 cage is only 3.54 sq ft. ... You need at least 7.5 sq ft for one guinea pig. Unfortunately pet shop cages, like yours, that are advertised for guinea pigs are too small for a healthy guinea pig.

The mom can get very stressed from too small of an area. She may even start to chew the babies ears.

You can fix it quickly and cheaply by buying grids and coroplast to make a C&C cage.

That helps, but you need to cover the ramp with something. It's very possible for a guinea pig to sprain or break a leg on those open bars.
