Frustrated Can guinea pigs be Albino?

I'm currently in the midst of an argument about whether or not albinism can happen in guinea pigs and the internet is giving mixed answers. One person said no someone said that true albino are rare and have clear blue & pink tinted eyes. I really just want to know if its possible or if there is only pew's, rew's, and dew's.

Technically, no. But in actuality, there's no practical difference between a PEW and an albino.
