Pee naturally Browns if it is sitting there. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it may be a urinary tract infection or bladder stones. If your pigs are squealing when they pee, take them in to the vet.

Yes guinea pig urine sometimes oxidises which causes it to turn orange/brownish after it has sat for awhile. Orange urine is much more common in younger pigs.
