Behavior My guinea pigs wont chew on their toys!

I would try another vet and get that cough checked out as soon as possible, glad they are enjoying their new hay.

My boys do not really ever chew on toys but Taco likes rolling and tossing around twig balls with bells in them. They seem to have replaced all of the bells with little wooden balls, I assume for safety reasons, so I get the ones from the cat section and just make sure they have not pulled the ball apart daily. Even when their last one did finally get pulled apart they had no interest in chewing on a bell.

How big is your hay rack/bin? If you are having to refill it frequently (multiple times a day or more) I would suggest something that holds more hay. You don't wMt them to run out when you are not around.
