These are some that are still available for sale. The white one with the brown eye in front is Finn from Steiff #270130, to the right in front is a Hermann, big one middle left is IKEA, center is Steiff 71911, middle right is Steiff Dalle 70440 (I didn't take it out of the packaging), back left is Kosen short hair, upper right is Steiff 53719. I love Steiff Goldi hamster because it looks like a teddy. It's on the small size about 5.5" but it's really cute. I attached a link. It's more realistic looking than the photo. It reminds me of my avatar photo of Pikachu.

Wow, by far and away the most realistic. I've sent in her contact form, but her site says the backlog timeframe is astronomical, so may not work for us, but who knows.

Have also put in a contact form to Morumoto.

you can look though the site to find more colored guinea pigs that have long fur etc. yes the 5-8 month wait seems like a long time. i would make one like the really realistic one but i have don't have the money to buy the materials!

All the jumbled up writing was confusing. Maybe I only read what I wanted to read, but I assumed nothing was real fur.

From what I read it's mohair and plush, not skins. Whew. What stunning creatures, though!!
