This morning I went to go check on my piggies and found Nibbles like this. Did she just poke it on something, or is it an eye infection? If it?s an infection, what should I do to help her?

There's nothing over-the-counter than you use to treat an eye problem. And eye injuries are pretty painful. I'd get her to the vet tomorrow.

Thank you! Should I separate her and her friend from each other?

No. Eye infections, if that's what it is, aren't usually contagious.
