I noticed that Thunder has a rosette on the top of his head like my girl Buttercup does ! I love his eyes too. I wish my guinea's pigs eyes, were more oval shaped like yours has. I love the piggies with almond shaped eyes. Your boy looks so content and happy in his new digs !

Thanks y'all. I wish I could tell Thunder (and he would understand!) all these wonderful things these nice people say about him. I bet he would be thrilled!

He's definitely liking the extra space! He runs laps a lot more often now.

So, he's got the looks........ but the brains?.....Uh.. not so much.

I'm going to get him a friend hopefully soon but our dog has heartworms and we're in the process of treating them and let me tell you my friends, it is not cheap! So once we get the payments out of the way I will get him another friend which we will hopefully be ready in about a month.

I was just wondering, how old is Thunder ? My girls are young still ( between 4 and 4 1/2 mos.) and I have always loved "almond shaped eyes" and lately, in my pictures, I have ( maybe it's my imagination though) noticed my piggies eyes appear more almond shaped. Do their eyes change shape a bit, as they age do you think ?

Thunder is just about 3 years old now. I really have no idea about the shape of their eyes changing as they get older but it may be though!
