Hello,

I'm new and just wanted to say hello. It's nice to have other people to talk to about guinea pigs.
I had my first piggie at the age of 14. At the moment I have to little boys to take care of.

These are Jimmy and Fender:

I'm hoping for a nice time here.:)

That is a VERY tiny bell pepper. I didn't know they sold them at the size of a guinea-pig's head.

Anyway, hi, and welcome! You can look around the site to see C&C cages (and the midwest look-alikes) that people on here have, if you don't have a big-enough cage. Well, most here have the C&C, since they're so much cheaper. There is also food/hay suggestions, bedding suggestions, etc.

Oh my gosh they are cute! Welcome and enjoy!

Welcome!
Your piggies are just way too cute!

Welcome and what handsome little guys you have!

I used to live in Germany and loved every minute I was there.

Nice to have you joining us on the forums.

:cheerful:

Welcome! You have super cute piggies. I hope you enjoy the forum.

Hi,

thanks for the nice greetings.

The bell peppers here in germany have all the same size like in the picture. I reckon it's because of the sort. Some time ago we were in mallorca. The bell peppers there were much bigger.

I will post pictures of my cage in the right category. But I think it is ok for the piggies. My boys have 1 m² for running.

Hi and welcome.

When feeding bell pepper, you need to remove stems and seeds. It's not good to give them a whole bell pepper at one time either. They generally only need about 1/8 of one each per day.

I know 1/8 is the general rule, But. What about with really small bell peppers??

Your pigs are just gorgeous!

My grandmother was from Bremen and I still have family there.
