Anyone out there with a 41"x41" or a 41"x56" who can help me find a lid?

I just solved one problem and now another one pops up!
So now I've got my materials for the cage and the correct measurements and I've got to find a lid for the thing and I cant figure out which is the best!
It wouldn't be to much of a deal except we have a chihuahua who likes to sneak into my room for snuggles despite a "supposedly" closed door!
The rack/shelves I have found are long enough but I'm not sure if they are wide enough! they come in 12" and 16" inch increments
the cage will either be a 41"x41" or a 41" x 56" and I'm leaning towards the 56" Does anyone out there know of a suitable lid? or has anyone seen a rack/shelf that is 14" maybe I can just cut of 2 inches of the 16"?
