I started noticing little white spots on guinea's fleeces the other week. I was wondering if I should be worried or not?

Don't worry it is perfectly normal as long as it was smooth, if it was chunky then it could be a problem. The white stuff is calcium, that is the way piggies get rid of too much calcium.

After it has dried, rub the area with your finger. It should be smooth. If so, then your pigs are fine. If it is rough it indicates that something is wrong; eg bladder sludge and vet treatment will be needed.
