Greetings everyone! I became a guinea pig owner just about 2 years ago my pig name is baby chu. Hes a chipper, energetic and loud little pig who was a surprise when he came my way on a visit to Pet Co. In recents weeks he's gotten this little swollen nipple that was a bit bigger at first, it leaked blood first and then some clear liquid and then it stopped and got smaller... He still has it swollen the vets in my area aren't really experienced when it comes to pigs and find myself pacing back and forth trying to find out what exactly i could do..He's acting the same and hes pretty much no change in his behavior it just worries at what could be wrong...

Sounds like mammary tumor, which needs to be removed. It's not a terribly difficult surgery for the pig, as they don't open the abdominal wall, so recovery is usually pretty easy.
You need to find a good exotic vet who does this kind of surgery. Do NOT trust him to a small animal (dog and cat) vet for this. The surgery itself is not much different than the same tumor in a dog or cat, but the anesthesia is very different, and very tricky with a guinea pig.
