Lethals what it's this guy?

I can't tell from the picture. Can you get close-ups of the eyes?

If he's a lethal, he'll also be deaf, and probably have missing/deformed/wonky teeth.

He was at a pet store. I will see if he's the tomorrow. I was asking to hold his cage mate who appeared ill... And he was... And the associate was freaked out about the way the white one looked, said he's never seen one like that and wouldn't put his hands in.... So I did. I was worried about the sick one so I forgot to check out the white one. The sick one is now getting antibiotics under vet care. I was just curious, as I am aware they put out what they are sent, and illness couldn't be spread or ignored.
