I've had my guinea pig for 1 year now, she's been doing great. Yesterday i noticed spots of blood in the cage. I've checked her and she looks good, no cuts. I was wondering why she might be bleeding?

Bleeding, with no sign of a wound, is not good. It could be a urinary tract infection, a reproductive system problem or a mouth issue/ All of those possibilities need a vet's attention. It would be in your pet's best interest to get her to a vet soon.
